Psychology of Occupational Safety and Health

PASiG (German Association for Psychology of Occupational Safety and Health) brings together experts from research, practice and policy to discuss current issues in occupational safety and health and foster professional exchange.

This year, RETRAKT will also be represented: Andreas Glatz will present findings from an exploratory field study on team resilience in healthcare.

In his presentation “An Exploratory Field Study on Team Resilience in Healthcare Based on Indicators of Non-Technical Skills”, he will show how behavioural markers from Crew Resource Management can be used to systematically assess team resilience. The findings provide new insights into the operationalisation of resilience and build a bridge between Resilience Engineering and Crew Resource Management.
