How can work be designed sustainably and in a way that fosters competence in a dynamic, international working environment? The research projects funded by the Federal Ministry for Research, Technology and Space under the initiative “Shaping Work in European Collaboration Networks (EuKoNet)” address this question, with a strong focus on transfer and applicability beyond the individual projects. RETRAKT is part of this initiative.

Our colleagues Nicole Espey (ITA – Institut für Textiltechnik of RWTH Aachen University), Marcel Völkoi (HumTec – Human Technology Center of RWTH Aachen University) and David Bergstein (i2solutions GmbH) participated in the first networking meeting of the EuKoNet research projects on 30 September and 1 October 2025. They received valuable input and established new contacts.
