GfA Spring Congress 2026

The GfA Spring Congress is one of the key professional events in the German-speaking region focusing on work science, ergonomics, and human-centered work design. Each year, it brings together experts from academia and practice to discuss current research findings, trends, and practical solutions.

This year, Thomas Mühlbradt and Andreas Glatz from FOM University of Applied Sciences presented the following talk: “Team Resilience of Prehospital and Clinical Teams: An Exploratory Field Study Based on Indicators of Non-Technical Skills.” The presentation was part of the session “Resilient and Sustainable Value Creation for Europe (EuKoNet)”.

In addition, Thomas Mühlbradt, Andreas Glatz, and Helga Unger hosted a workshop on the topic: “Modeling and Designing Systemic Resilience Using FRAM and FMV,” which will be conducted by Thomas Mühlbradt, Andreas Glatz, and Helga Unger. The workshop was very well received and proved to be a great success.
