8th Vienna Ergonomics Forum

The Vienna Ergonomics Forum brings together experts from research and practice to discuss current topics in human-centred design, safe sociotechnical systems, and occupational safety and health.

This year, RETRAKT will also contribute to the conference with a presentation. We will introduce the Team Resilience Radar (TeRRa-16) – an instrument that provides a team perspective on the resilience of complex work systems and offers starting points for learning and the participatory design of resilient work systems.
